Technical Support Policy

2behold Web Design will service technical problems that directly relate to products or services performed by 2behold Web Design. In the process we may be able to answer some general computing questions that arise, but this service is not intended to replace proper training on computers or the general operation of software programs.

We answer questions free of charge for trouble shooting the delivery of our Web Design for two years after final date of payment of our Web Design. After that two year period a reasonable charge will be applicable. The cost of this service will be judged on a case by case basis.

2behold will not be responsible for any loss financial or otherwise incurred from technical problems of our products or services. However we will assist in correcting problems relating specifically to our products or services.
